The restaurant is on the second floor of the old Columbus Hospital, and if you're not looking close for the banner in the window, you'll miss it. I'm SO glad we were persistent though. Between my husband and I we tried most things on the menu this week and every single thing was AMAZING!!! My husband is middle eastern and I'm from the Deep South so we both lament the lack of culinary diversity in Montana, but Saibeen's is definitely an exception. No... THE exception. Everything we touched was so delicious with a great balance of flavors. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the Thai red Chile sauce, but that was on me... I know better. I'm a weenie. A hidden gem for sure. Food was fresh and delicious, and the staff was extremely helpful in guiding us through all of the menu items. I love that you can get multiple items on your plate. Can't wait to go back and try more things! The mango lassi was so refreshing
