This review is mainly about a certain female employee working at this location. I didnt get her name but she seems to be asian and has an accent. She was extremely rude and had a very bad attitude when making peoples orders. She was not just rude to me but everyone in line before me. Please investigate who was working on Friday 11/14/25. Give her a serious talk about her attitude and make her go through training again. Customers dont deserve to be treated so poorly when spending their hard earned money at your establishment.
Ask for a bowl with rice and she gives me half a spoon and gets mad when I ask for more. Half a scoop of beans and less than half of protein. Can’t use the app or points either. Definitely a downgrade here
Better than Chipotle or Taco Bell. Far more food for the money.
I didn’t appreciate my cup chucked into my bag when I politely asked for my cup that I ordered after paying. Nor the slight attitude.
Disappointed with my food, my tacos were barely filled with meat or even anything else. I've gone a couple times and was always satisfied. Maybe they were having an off day?
