QDOBA Mexican Eats

We have given QDOBA multiple chances over several visits, and unfortunately it keeps getting worse instead of better. The food quality has been consistently disappointing. Portions are smaller than they used to be, the ingredients often taste stale or the rice is soaking wet, or you are getting the bottom scrapings of everything because they are constantly not stocked. On more than one visit the items were barely enough or shorted because they scraped every last rice out and called it good. It’s frustrating to pay these prices and leave with such bad food. After several bad experiences in a row, it’s clear this isn’t just a one off issue, it’s a pattern for this location. QDOBA used to be a reliable quick meal right down the road, but now it feels overpriced and consistently disappointing.

Tonight ordered nachos, chicken quesadilla and 2 burrito to go. 2 bites into nachos found 2 long blonde hairs. One person ate burrito and 4 hours later violently sick. Daughter ate quesadilla and also became violently sick 6 hours later. 2nd burrito never eaten and later we opened it up to find under cooked chicken. Consumers beware!!!!!

Went there on a whim. Was waited on immediately nice clean atmosphere food was pretty good ordered steak an brisket burrito was delicious also got steak bowl not bad at all. Liked how hot sauces were on table good choices

I have ordered 3 times now from here and I'm done. You can tell the distinct size difference between the chicken bowl my friend got and my sad kid size veggie bowl. Just because I ordered a veggie bowl with the addition of 5 toppings doesn't mean I wasn't hungry or that I should only get half a bowl full. Thanks but I'm done. My last bowl was a steak bowl and was really bland. The only thing with flavor was the steak and queso.

So let me start by saying I love Qdoba. But today visit wasn’t good. I ordered a kids quesadilla. That was good but when I asked for the sides that is when it went wrong. The chips were definitely stale. The little container that gave me of pico de Gallo was half filled as well the hot salsa and the sour cream. I understand not over filling them but come on, not even half. Most of the tables were also dirty. The staff were friendly but i could tell they were a little stressed from the lunch rush.
