QDOBA Mexican Eats

Ordered a burrito and a bowl. The burrito was was like a half-sized one, and both the chicken and ground beef had a gamey taste with odd, chewy pieces. We couldn’t get through more than a couple of bites before throwing away. Really disappointing and felt like a waste of money.

Very friendly staff. We had ordered online and when we arrived , there was a woman that had ordered a lot of food and we had to sit and wait 10 minutes or so for our food. It really wasn't that big of a deal. However the staff were very apologetic and gave us 2 cards that were good for 1 free entree each on our next visit!

They gave me the smallest burrito, the second dude even seemed surprised how small it was when he rang me up. It almost seems like they were having a competition or making some joke about how small their burrito could be. Pretty sure I'm done with this franchise.

There is a certain security in eating at a chain restaurant and their consistency when you travel. This QDOBA fell very short of what it should have been when I stopped in tonight around 7:30. Food was good. Exactly what I expected. The dining room was abysmal. Every single table was covered in debris and surrounded by trash. I would have walked right back out if I had turned and seen the dining area before ordering. The employee that was slamming something constantly as they did something in the dining area was grating as well. I say doing something because they certainly weren't cleaning. Kitchen area that was visible was a disaster as well.
