QDOBA Mexican Eats

I have ordered online from this store multiple times and everytime I go to pick it up the staff cannot seem to fulfill my order because they run out of all meats or are too busy to even make my order and they have to reimburse me. Do not recommend this location. The one off Burkhardt is much better and always has good service.

Everything was fine till I got to pay. The older lady like other reviewers have called her, was at the register. One of the employees called her Boss Lady, that might be the case, she gave me the lowest amount of chips I have ever got at this location. I guess she is saving money this way, but if I don’t come back, what did she gain. That is the reason for 4 stars, every thing else was good!

The food was great as always, but when we first walked in, all the employees were sitting at a table playing on their phones and messing around, which is fine, but they were then bickering over who was going to get up and serve me and my friend. They were then messing around as 1 of them made me and my friends food. Whenever we were leaving, they all went to the parking lot. One of them had on boxing gloves and was pretending to box in the parking lot, while another was skateboarding around the parking lot. It was very unprofessional and made it very awkward for us as the customers; we did not feel welcome coming to get food, which is unfortunate because we come to eat here a lot.

I'm here shortly after lunch rush and the restaurant is super clean. The two ladies behind the counter are super friendly and very interactive. The food is amazing and the atmosphere is very pleasant and inviting. This was my first visit and I'll be coming back!

The place was very clean. Service and staff were excellent. Food was how and we'll prepared. I would recommend this place to everyone. Great job to all who work there.
