I go here probably monthly. Food flavor is good. Lots of options. Shift lead and or manager named Ci Ci (pronounced see see) is always a delight. She recognizes me when i come in. Nothing better than becoming 'micro friends' with the people at a business and having them strike up a casual chat with you. My biggest gripe is that the restauraunt is always messy and the trash can covers make it difficult to throw away trash. That and they always push the queso cheese in you.... granted its 10x better than nacho cheese, i still get weirded out by liquid cheese...
So we went in because there’s a huge BOGO sign. There is apparently the tiniest small print on the sign that said 10/31 only. Well when I ordered the bogo entree special as the very first thing I said to her was that. The manager was also rude when she was reading off the cost item by item and acting like I’m an idiot. The other girl had said if I scan my rewards it would work. Then they finally point out (while rolling her eyes) “it’s only on Halloween”. Horrible customer service. Oh and she had also given me and charged me for double chicken when I said ADOBO chicken. So $38 for two burritos and some chips. No thanks. I won’t be returning.
Great stop for dinner. Had great service. I was appreciatative of how patient the worker was with my daughter on making her tacos. She made my salad very well. I got a salad, my daughter the kids tacos and my husband got a burrito.
if i could give a negative i would this is the second time we order from there to go and dont get shit for the price we paid were is the rice amd topings for the price i should have rice not a half a scoop not going here any more thos place has gone down hill
Probably some of the best food you can get in this area. The tacos and burrito bowls are delicious & full of flavor. Everything is always freshly made. Also love the coke freestyle machine here. The service is fast and I've never had a problem with waiting in line. Just disappointed with the prices going up... but i suppose the quality is worth the money!!
