TACOS EL BAJIO

Finding the place might be a bit difficult since it's hidden on a side road, but once you arrive, you're greeted with a warm smile. I asked the cashier for recommendations, and of course, I was told that everything is good. I decided to try the quesabirria plate, which came with a side of beans, rice, and consomé. Let me tell you, it was absolutely delicious! The meat was fresh and tender, and the cheese melted perfectly into a crispy tortilla. I will definitely be coming back when I'm in town.

It is a food truck in North Dakota in the winter... how awesome is that?! It may seem like it's 'out if town' but it is sooo worth a road trip! I ordered the Quesa Birria, they said it was large and they weren't kidding, just look at the photos. Lots of meat and melt, gooey cheese and the Birria sauce is phenomenal. I also ordered 3 tacos Adobada (pork) simple, flavorful and hot; just like a great taco should be.

Excellent barria tacos! Tried the barbacoa and the chicken and both were amazing! It was our first time trying this place and it did not disappoint.

It's a little far away from my house by foot, but the walk is well worth the reward. The food tastes amazingly good, and isn't dripping with grease like many places I've been to before, and the prices are really reasonable and fair for the worth. Definitely going to be my go to for tacos now 👀💕😤🤤

The best burrito tacos I've ever had was passing through Dickinson on my way home to Minot and put in a pretty big order for my family of 6 they were really fast and the food was so delicious me and my family agree that some of the best we've ever had and we're from California!
