God awful experience. My partner and I stopped in after work on MLK Day at around 4 and the service was terrible. Not to mention we got there and the open sign wasn’t even on (pic included) The guy who was making the food asked us what we wanted with such a bad attitude every time while giving a stare consisting of “Are you kidding me rn?” I don’t know what was worse, the service or his singing voice. He had his earbuds in the whole time he was taking our order so it’s no wonder he kept asking us what we wanted (attitude included). I wouldn’t recommend stopping by here if you enjoy great service because it’s strongly lacking. Will not be coming back.

Called the store on New Year’s Eve to make sure they were open. We ordered from 2 previous restaurants (not qdoba) using door dash, only to have both ordered cancelled. When the Qdoba worker answered the phone, she was very polite, and helpful. This instantly made us say “she was so nice, we definitely need to grab food from here.” Fast forward 5 minutes later and we arrive to the store. We were instantly greeted upon entering by a friendly worker named Lachelle. She was very nice, listened to each of our orders without issues, and made our orders perfectly! This honestly was the best service I’ve had at a takeout restaurant since the pandemic. It’s amazing what someone with a good attitude can do, especially with her having to work New Year’s Eve, and we walk into the restaurant 1 hour be

Probably the worst Qdoba I've ever visited. Starting at the entry doors that were filthy. It was the overpowering smell that told me to walk out, but I decided to o brave it out. My bowl was pretty good. Steak, veggies, and cheeses. I ordered the large guac and chips as well. Took my food and left. When I opened my bag, that same pungent smell came back. They looked good, but tasted like burnt plastic of some sorts. They were not crisp and tasted soaked of dirty disgusting oil, or something foreign. Same as the smell. Just awful.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. When we arrived, the store was empty despite having plenty of parking. Initially, the place appeared clean when we entered, but it felt uninviting and uncomfortable, which was strange given the lack of customers. The woman who served us was miserable to deal with. She had a bad attitude, spoke in a very low tone that was hard to hear, and clearly didn’t want to be there. She was rude throughout the interaction. The man, who I believe was the cook, wasn’t any better, he appeared sloppy and unprofessional. At one point, he dropped a cooking utensil, picked it up, and continued working in the back. He was also chewing on a stick, which was off-putting. The back room and restroom were old and dirty, which raised concerns about

Was torn on what I wanted to order and was met with a very nasty attitude from a crusty face woman working the front with her earbuds hanging from her ear into the food. I don’t even eat QDOBA. I got a coupon from T-Mobile and it made me go in, but I won’t be back due to the horrible experience I had. She started making my order and didn’t even clarify what I wanted. Made her throw the entire bowl away and went somewhere else.
