I was shocked in a good way when my favorite vegan restaurant, Bombay, was launching an Italian ghost kitchen. My wife and I have tried a few different dishes off the menu and everything was fantastic. It is crazy to be able to get vegan Italian food this good in the area. Highly recommend!!
I’m so happy to have authentic vegan Italian cuisine made in a kitchen that does not use meat and dairy. I love the eggplant parmigiana and especially the toasted rav!
