Putnam County Public Library

We love the library! Halloween at the library is always a good time for the kids. Each kiddo gets a book and they have spooky science. Summer Reading is so much fun for the kiddos too. We really enjoy the Crafty Kid classes and the Teen Lounge area has great classes for the older kids too.

We just moved to Putnam County in May - LOVE this library! I can work from here, and the staff is always so kind!

Friendly staff, good hours, activities for both adults and children. They not just offer an array of books but seeds, borrowed items, and apps that have e-books, movies, audio books.

The people at this library are very nice and very helpful. If you don't know how to do something, they are more than willing to help out. They are very knowledgeable in everything that I have asked help with. Again, if you need help with anything, go to this library. 🙂

Always quiet and very helpful! They remodeled the upstairs reference desk area for computers and it looks great. As always free internet access and 10 cent per page to be printed, very helpful if you don't have a printer at home. 10/04/2024 They have moved the reference desk and computers around and it looks way more spacious. Always very kind staff for questions and help. I am a book nerd and they have quite a few new ones out for Halloween I'd like to read!!
