Fairway Family Restaurant

Waitress was polite and on top of things. I ordered the Rib Eye it was cooked to temp. had a wonderful flavor and tender. Baked potato was just right and the cabbage soup had a wonderful flavor.

We were there on Friday around 6 pm. No wait. The staff was great. She thought the prime rib had hood flavor, but it was a little over cooked and dry. The chicken dumpling soup was good. My med rare ribeye sandwich was the best I've ever had. French fries were cooked perfectly. Coke and Pepsi products. It wasn't blasting music, and it was a super comfortable environment. I liked that the waitress checked on us even after she gave us the bill. I will try out their breakfast on the next visit

The vibe at Fairway Family Restaurant was really welcoming, and the staff were super friendly and on the ball. I had the prime rib dinner special; it was decent, though a bit overcooked, but still tasty. Plus, they threw in an extra side dish which was a nice bonus. My daughter had the corndog kids meal which she really enjoyed. You can tell when the waitstaff is super attentive, and they were fantastic here. It really adds to the whole experience.

I could only find two sit down/service restaurants that were open for breakfast by 7 am. We close this one. The service was great and the atmosphere was nice enough. There are plenty of seats. I got an omelet with meat. It tasted a little overcooked/dried out so it was just okay. I subbed my toast for 3 mini pancakes which was a nice option. The coffee was just okay. Prices were very reasonable. I'd maybe give the place another try.

This place is a true hidden gem that needs better representation online! We were initially hesitant because the photos were lacking, but when we drove by and saw the full parking lot and the distinctive cow on the roof, we knew it had to be good. We're so glad we stopped!
