As far as gambling joints go in Jackson County, by far, my favorite. The ladies running this specific store have the best all around attitudes, customer service and more! This is the first & ONLY, lottery joint/Purple Parrot, I personally give *5stars* most deserve 3 at most... They have CLEAN FACILITIES!!! A rarity to find any publicly used restroom in which, without hesitation or disgust I can use...

Racist old ladies. Mumbled something about me then became irate when I mumbled something back. The part where they declare I don't come back made it obvious that they're racist because I didn't say anything hurtful. Lol. And I don't even gamble I just went in to break my bill. They need to personally develop their employees to treat people right regardless of what they look like and remind them that we've passed the year 1960. Other than their personnel flaw, beautiful place to be if you're a Caucasian gambler.

Very rude old lady that works the night shifts. Always has an attitude with customers ive experienced it myself several times and she picks and chooses who shes rude to. She will hold machines for certain people for up to 30 minutes at a time-will even make paying customers wait for her to call someone else on the phone to come play saying that it was their turn meanwhile i or someone else is there physically waiting for 20 minutes or more. Time to retire the miserable hagg!
