Bright Star Bakery

I’m a semi-regular at the GP grower’s market just for this bakery. The cookies are unreal! S’mores and chocolate chip mint are my favorites. But my favorite thing of all might be Ross. He is such a sweet guy, and I would pay extra just for his kindness. He and my husband act like old buddies, but they don’t know each others’ names, it’s pretty cute. Thank goodness we have this bakery in the valley.

I honestly can’t give these treats enough of a rave review! After trying them for myself, I made sure to introduce my mother and sister! So delicious. Not to mention - Laura’s sweet personality makes an even better sale! I’ll be sure to look for Bright Star Bakery at every market/event!!

Bright Star Bakery makes hands-down the best-baked goods around!! You will not be disappointed. The chocolate chunk muffin is my favorite, and honestly, everything I've tried is outstanding!! I'm not gluten-free or vegan, but I love these baked goods. I would highly recommend stopping the Farmers Market so you can sample these delicious treats.

I have been a follower of Bright Star Bakery since I discovered it it at the Jacksonville Market a few years ago.. It was the delicious chocolate chunk cookie I remember the most, it was hard to believe that anything that tasted that great could be vegan and gluten free and grain free, I was delighted to find that that Bright Star has grown in its products and locations and I discovered farmer market stands also in Medford and Ashland. The plethora of different treats include artisan cookies, scones, bars, cakes, and pies. HIGHLY RECOMMEND 5 STARS

Can't even tell they are gluten and vegan free. Some of the best cookies and baked goods you will ever have. Give em a try!
