Purple Burrito #1

Whoa! This place is amazing!! The food was fantastic! So fresh! So much flavor! Average price but the portion size is huge for the nachos! That's a pic of the carne asada nachos. Loaded with toppings and a BUNCH of carne asada! It was delicious! It was my first time at the Purple. Burrito and I'm impressed. The only thing that didn't absolutely wow me is the seating area isn't very large. But we didn't have to wait to order or for a seat. This is an 'order at the counter and they call your number' kinda place.

Great food! Decent price! Not stingy on ingredients. These are fish tacos. My cousin got nachos and there was hardly a chip not covered in toppings. Only downer is they didn’t have fresh brewed tea

First time in and we really enjoyed it! Both of us had chimichangas and they were delicious, great flavor and were large, larger than other places we've been to. So yes as others say, generous portions. Staff very friendly as well, food came out fresh and hot. Only thing is we are not a fan of fully wooden seats on the chairs but we managed.

True to Southern Cali Mexican food. I love walking into the restaurant because it represents SD!! The flavors are spot on for SD fast Mexican food. Good portions, nice big menu to satisfy anything you are in the mood for. The salsas are good. You can taste how fresh all the ingredients are. Definitely my go to for Cali style good food!

Often mess up orders. Not adding items, hearing taco instead of burrito. Adding ONLY onion when the order and receipt showed NO ONION. Sure the food is great when they get it right but it's becoming more and more frequent they don't. Attached photo of a taco I ordered a "burrito with no onion" and they added Taco with no onion. I didn't catch the wrong item on the screen, so that's on me, but to get a taco with only onions on an order that very specifically says no onion is not acceptable.
