Super fresh, very healthy and yummy food with great customer service and excellent vibes.

I have been to this location 4 times. I am not sure where the lack of customer service comes in. It is not okay to literally gesture with your hand for me to move away and loudly say it's going to be a while I can't help you right now. The rudeness was very troubling and I simply left and drove up the street to the location 5 mins away. While this was much more convient if you are stressed by alot of orders there is a correct way to politely say it's going to be a few mins as we are busy.

I have always had a positive experience leaving the gym with my order. I usually place my order online with pickup time and it’s always ready and correct

The staff is very friendly and professional. The smoothies are hand made to order and are delicious!

Nov. 8th I attended brick bodies for a workout and decided to try pure raw smh a BIG mistake ever! I'm not sure if they're just hiring people (particular college students) who don't care about their jobs, but the guy who made my oatmeal bowl was not friendly, throwing everything around, frowning, and basically you can tell he doesn't want to be there. My oatmeal bowl was HORRIBLE. He chopped my fruits super big, added extra cinnamon (basically extra everything I didn't ask for)  and the whole bowl was sloppy! Literally, it was soup oatmeal. I never went back because I'm spending $15 and give a tip to receive bad customer service and unpleasing food. Please retrain these workers or hire people who are passionate about their job. It's a no for me trying again!
