Pupfish Cafe

Delicious food for a fair price, served up in a cute lil cafe run by very sweet, passionate folks. Pupfish Cafe is kinda embedded into a book store, so you can enter straight from there after parking on the side of the building or enter through the back door which has a parking lot right outside of it. I ordered the avocado toast with scrambled eggs and I added salmon (for extra $), and it was very good. They legit gave me an entire avocado-worth of slices, which was more than enough. Three people in my group got the waffle sandwich and absolutely loved it. One complained about the syrup embedded into the waffle being too sweet. Delicious breakfast with hot coffee. We stopped by at this cafe on our way from Death Valley NP to Lake Tahoe by Hwy395. The cafe can be accessed through backside gate. Stop by for some hot beverage.

We came all the way from Mammoth Lakes to get some healthy breakfast! Delicious food and enough flexibility to build your own plate! Definitely a thumbs up!

The food was delicious. We had quiche, tuna melt and breakfast waffle, everything was perfect. Cappuccino was delicious. The servers were very nice. They do get busy even on week days so be patient it’s worth it!!!

My husband and I had lunch at Pupfish, our daughter Reccommend it. It’s not a place you will see from the street. It’s small and in a parking lot but has good food. I ordered the grilled cheese sandwich which was very good, it also comes with a small salad. My husband had the turkey sandwich, he really enjoyed it. They have a couple tables outside and about 6 inside, small but quant. The restaurant has a doorway inside that goes right into a library.
