Stopped by this recently opened food truck and was genuinely impressed. The food was incredibly tasty, well-prepared, and full of great flavors, showing real attention to quality. The Singh’s running the truck was polite, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do, which made the experience even better. If you're missing Punjab's burger taste in the USA, you gotta check this place out. Their burgers are so good! And don't even get me started on their paneer wrap and tikki chaat – also amazing. It's fully vegetarian and run by Gursikhs. I wish I could give them more than five stars.
