I cannot speak highly enough about how wonderful the nurses and staff are here. I've been two months trying to get my daughters vaccine records straight due to a clerical error somewhere else. Even Richmond was of no help. I was distraught and defeated and took one last chance trying to find someone to help me. They said they'd try, and they succeeded! They went above and beyond and I couldn't be more grateful. They are so helpful and friendly and they deserve a heck of a bonus, because I'm sure they don't get paid enough for all they do. It's very clean, very welcoming, and they are really amazing folks!

If you need any type of help here good luck. I have a disability, and as soon as i walked in the old miserable blonde at the desk rolled her eyes. Then deliberately embarrassed me for my disability infront of everyone. Then after i explained i had a disability and couldn't feel the paperwork right. she pointed out every mistake i was making because of the disability. she scratched the whole form after she fixed it. Then told me i had to do it all again after i just told her i needed help. She was the rudeness hateful woman I've ever dealt with ..definitely a Karen, and i was nothing but a inconvenience because she had to do her job.

Needed to replace a septic system and Cheryl has been an amazing source of information, help, and kindness. The Pulaski County Health Department has been represented very well by this helpful employee.

This place wouldn't test my friend and I when we showed up for free screening. They also told me they didn't take pregnant girls! I mean, as a local. I'm not impressed with any of this!

They are the sweetest ladies ever, I am so grateful to have such wonderful women to turn to for help.
