Puerto and Ecua Restaurant

Very rude, extremely inconsiderate. $80.00+ on lunch and refused to fix a small mistake they made. Establishment had no customers other than our order and 1 other table. My order was to go, 1 hour wait for the food. Quality of the food was mediocre at best. Service was one of the most rude experiences I've ever had in Massachusetts. I try to refrain from giving bad reviews especially to small businesses. But they deserved it fully.

This place is very small and just starting out but they are amazing and deserve a lot of praise. The food is delicious and you really get a lot for the money. Puerto and Ecua serves comfort food Puerto Rican/Ecuadorian style. Their menu is small at the moment and changes, but here are a few recommendations. The ceviche is a cold, seafood soup with shrimp. It was fresh and flavorful. The grilled chicken and grilled steak are seasoned perfectly, and grilled with a plancha, giving them a savory caramelized flavor. They're both served with rice and beans, which sounds like a simple side dish but somehow they've elevated that too. It was so good, I would eat it by itself. We just picked up food from this place and everything was absolutely delicious! You can really taste the love and flavor in every bite. From the perfectly seasoned meat to the sides full of traditional Puerto Rican goodness, it all hit the spot. On top of that, the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. Great food and even better service. We’ll definitely be back!

We came into town and decided to try something new. Found this place and fell in love. Such a cute family-owned restaurant. The service was great! Food was amazing! Would definitely come back!

This restaurant is a 10/10! Came here last night for dinner while in the area and was not disappointed. The food was great and the service was phenomenal. If you haven’t come here you’re seriously missing out.
