Publix Super Market at Village at Waterside

Publix is consistently one of the best grocery stores in the area. The store is always clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. The staff is friendly and genuinely helpful, which makes a big difference compared to other grocery chains. The deli and bakery are standout features — fresh options, good variety, and solid quality. While prices can sometimes be a little higher than competitors, the customer service and overall shopping experience make it worth it. Overall, Publix makes grocery shopping easy and pleasant. I always leave satisfied.

I don’t go here often but we went over to get a cake for a relative birthday. I’m not usually picky but the options were a little limited. We ended on a chocolate ganache cake and the people did say it was a little too sweet. Later we found a hair in one of the slices of the kids’ plate, It was a long black straight hair and we were a little put off considering we paid 27 for it. You can barely see the hair but it’s a little more visible if you zoom in.

This Publix location has everything you need in a grocery store. Easy access in and out, never a hassle with parking. The store is always clean and well-organized, which makes shopping quick and efficient. The staff here is genuinely helpful and friendly. They actually seem happy to be there, which is rare. Whether you need help finding something or checking out, the service is consistently good. Great selection across all departments and the produce is always fresh. This is my regular spot for groceries and I have zero complaints.

This store is clean, easy to get to (walkable from the hotel I stayed in), and well-organized. It is easy to find what you are looking for. It feels like they stock higher quantities of fewer products, which means that if they carry what you want, then it is likely in stock. The staff at their pharmacy were polite and helpful, even though they have a somewhat limited selection compared to other larger pharmacies. Prices didn't seem outrageous to me, but they aren't cheap either. I'd shop here again.
