Publix Super Market at Northcrest

I try to be very understanding and respectful especially toward people in customer service because I know how tough that job can be. I’ve been shopping at this Publix for quite some time because it’s a very clean and well-maintained location. However, there’s a lady who works in the Deli, I believe her name is Kim, who consistently makes my experience unpleasant. Every time she’s working, I dread having to place an order. She has always been rude, not just to customers but also to her coworkers. On more than one occasion, I’ve overheard her speaking to colleagues in a belittling and disrespectful tone. I have been shopping at this Publix for over 4 years and have always liked the store. It has always been clean and most of the employees used to be friendly and helpful while you were shopping. However, over the last 6 months I have noticed a big change. Many of the employees have become disrespectful and not nearly as helpful as they once were. If someone doesn’t enjoy their job, they should probably find one they do enjoy, because customer service has definitely gone downhill. Another issue is the constant promises that products will be in “tomorrow.” I shop at this store every single day and spend around $2,500–$3,000 a month here. I have a UNIQUE situation I’d like to share that happened today at Northcrest Publix pharmacy. My grandmother and my mother came in to purchase their prescriptions today and to get some magnesium (a specific bottle kept behind the counter). After some confusion on pricing and correcting the situation, when it came time for my grandmother to ask for the magnesium capsules a lady named Unique “assisted” her. She was rude, aggressive, annoyed, and acted unprofessional and unfriendly towards my grandmother. My grandmother being the saint she is, even apologized for upsetting her, and the lady responded this way, aggressively bagging her prescription, tossing it over the counter towards her and said “DONT WORRY ABOUT IT”…. The slogan is honest. Shopping here is genuinely such a pleasure. I FEEL great shopping at Publix. I love you Publix, but you are no good for my wallet

Nice little plaza set up with several stores. Clean not littered it is a busy shopping area though. A lot of foot traffic so drive safe in there
