Pounders Hawaiian Grill - Crestview

Food is AWESOME! Such good flavors, the garlic chicken and teriyaki chicken are my faves. Caden is SO kind; he literally checks on you and you can feel the genuineness in his approach. I so appreciate that. There is an outside area with a playground that makes this eating experience so much better, especially if you have kids. The Hawaiian sodas are good too. My favorite Pounders location!

Quite literally one of my favorite restaurants to visit. We drive 90 mins when we get a hankering and it's worth the drive every time. Fast service, incredibly tasty. Don't forget to try the guava cake!

Founders...what can I say! The Crestview location is beautiful 😍! First time here and the food was as always delicious! Staff super friendly as well! I've always stopped in at the FWB location so this was a first in Crestview. I just moved here and will definitely be back!

Hands down the best food, the steak is tender and the chicken is tender, haven't tried the pork yet but I can guarantee it's tender also. I recommend getting extra terri sauce and pouring it over the rice it's to die for. The menu is simple and not cluttered up, best place I've ate at in a long time. Good pounders also there a play place outside for the little ones with seating available for the adults to sit and eat at.

This review is a little old however, I wanted to ensure I submitted it. My current visit was on 09 Jan 2026. I had a previous order that was not made correctly so a Manager assisted with a credit due to the experience. Fast-forward to 09 Jan 2026 and this visit for the review. I went in this time to speak with a manager so I can get everything properly. I spoke to Lauren C and she was OUTSTANDING! She was sympathetic to my previous issues and not argumentative or making excuses. She assured me she would take care of everything for my current order. She took the order personally and got it completed quickly to my exact request. The food was excellent (fresh and flavorful) as usual from Pounders.
