My landlord is Key Realty and me and my roommate have been living here for 3 years and 4 1/2 months and we have a problem that they won't fixed. I don't want to get evicted I already contacted the housing authority and it leaks in my apartment when it rains when the water heater was fixed the maintenance man said he would have the roof looked at and it's almost been 3 weeks and nobody came so me and my roommate withheld rent and now they want to evict us,I need help don't wanna lose this place and don't wanna pay rent til the plumbing and roof is fixed.
