5 years ago I was looking at two habitual fence charges for driving and a DUI I was looking at 9 months in the county jail If I was not accepted into the early home confinement (house arrest) to which I was not accepted. I called Amy immediately as soon as I got the letter stating that I would continue my sentence and she got in touch with the prosecutor and went above and beyond to get me a new court hearing one that I did not even need to be present in and got me probation instead for one year and I was out the following day. She has gone a gone above and beyond for everybody else I know that has had her as a public defender who has a public defender she doesn't really have to care but she does. I remember her calling me 2-3 weeks after I was released just to check in and see how I was d

Out of the hundreds of people fortunate enough to be helped by Public Defenders, it makes me sad so few have left reviews. Two negative reviews out of hundreds of clients is irrelevant. Every attorney is seemingly a conflict to clients as they typically have some kind of system between them all* I suggest go pro se and represent.yourself..thats the only way you're going to be heard

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I left Philip Dreher many voicemails and even went in to talk at the office about a case and he never got back to me even though I expressed how important it was and I really at least wanted to talk or get some kind of acknowledgement. Really disappointed. You’re better off without their help.

Over all horrible experience. You can call and call them to try and get some questions answered to either be ignored or be told “I can’t give you any information. We don’t know”. And if you get Julie Nye to represent you I strongly advise to get anyone else instead.
