Very nice and helpful staff. Great selection of gift items. It's nice to be able to buy truffles in bulk which brings the cost down and I appreciate that you can pick your own mix of flavors.

Trainee on the register was super friendly … I’ve been lost in their computer system and today was the second time having trouble . It’s not the 5.00 credit but the lack of fixing the problem twice… let’s hope it’s corrected now . Also one would think the supervisor would have a approved my lost credit !! If they don’t have authority to that’s sad and if she just did not on her own even sadder . The chocolate is great and v ive been going since they opened .

Extremely friendly staff, free samples, and an amazing variety of delicious chocolate. I was actually astonished how much chocolate we were able to buy for the price. We are going to be giving these out for weeks 😆

This factory store location has nearly every flavor and type of Lindt Chocolate that they make available for purchase. Their truffle selection ranges from mint, to coconut, to mango, and everything in between. The best thing about this location are their sale items! They have imperfections and previous holiday chocolates for sale at discounted prices. If you're near the store, or visiting Hampton Beach, you absolutely should stop in and see what's available. Colin was very helpful, and he knows his chocolate inside and out.
