Providence Bagel

This location is very inconsistent. My lox bagel was haphazardly put together this morning and included mushy, borderline rotten cucumbers. I like the bagels but it feels like I have to cross my fingers every time for nothing to be wrong with my order.

I tried this place a few weeks ago on a Saturday. It was early so I just figured maybe it was the day before batch. Tried it again today and the bagels are rock solid. Not sure what it is but this place would be great if they could get the freshness part down. The people that work here are extremely friendly.

Do not waste your time at this location.... I frequent the Providence location in Rhode Island and the quality and service is way better. I asked for a hot green tea and received an iced black tea. When I got the hot tea once agit was a black tea. I also got the Brown Bear sandwich and the avocado spread was not fresh... my boyfriend's pizza bagel barely had any sauce, cheese or topics on it that he requested. For $35 for two drinks and two bagels I expect better. I won't be back to the Mansfield location

Went to order some Easter bagels for my family, one of the girls immediately told me they can’t sell me any, there is a sign selling them but she said they might not have enough for the day. I explained to her that she should probably take the sign down because there’s going to be a lot of disappointed people. She walked away without apologizing. I would say that the staff seemed uncaring about the customers at least for my first visit here. There was another girl who took my additional food order, she was very cheerful and happy to help me.

Lexi was amazing! Totally made my morning with her amazing service!! And my coffee and bagel were delicious. Per usual!
