Princess Diner

My family (consisting of 3 people) were seating fairly quickly, but it took 20 minutes for them to take our DRINK orders. The water was nasty tap water and when i asked for bottled water, they claimed not to have any. Another 30 minutes pass and they still havent taken our food order yet. When they do, it takes another 30 minutes to get it and majority of the order was WRONG!!!! The food was mediocre at best. As a diner only a few minutes away from a family friendly farm with activities during the fall, they should have much better service.

Growing up I went to this diner coutless times, but unfortunately now I don't think i will be going back. My last visit we waited at the door for a few minutes with no line and virtually no cuwtomers inside, just staring at pretty much empty pastry displays waiting to be seated. Got seated and then waited for the people who came after us to have their order taken before we were even approached. Food was OK but nothing special. We finished eating and had a nice long conversation to pass the time waiting to get the bill. Finally I went to the cashier asking for the bill and their excuse was that she didn't want to bother us because "she saw us still eating"...THERE WERE NO PLATES ON OUR TABLE! So I get the total and go to grab my debit card and the owner immediately scorns "NO CREDIT CARDS!"

I give this 1 star because I can't give zero. The service was horrible even though there were only 2 other tables. The place was dirty the food is over priced. We got a roast beef sandwich and they gave us 3 slices of meat on it. I got the deluxe and had to ask them to bring the pickle and coleslaw which tasted like fish (I ordered chicken) the French fries were burnt and under cooked at the same time. The bathroom.changing table is a small shelf that can barley hold a purse next to the sink so its wet. And the bathroom door only opens 1/4 way.I have no clue how this place is still in business it should be shut down.

Went there for lunch and had a good shrimp sandwich on a whole wheat bread which was fresh and not too heavy. The tuna salad wrap was just OK as well as the onion rings. The water though has a strong taste of chlorine and it's hard to drink.

USED to be great but recently (2017) it's really bad. I used to get perfect Eggs Benedict but now, the eggs are well done and when I ask for very well done fries, they come soggy. Service sucks, and apparently there is a new owner and a new chef; and the old owner helps at the register. Probably more for show. Waitresses are walking around doing nothing while we're waiting to get served, What's up with that? Well, they'd all better look for another job. I'm not going back there.
