We've had the most amazing time at Monika's place what a gem. The location is beautiful the house is cozy and spotless the rooms are immaculate. What really stood out was the host and the attention to details from the amenities, the numerous freebies to the breakfast and the help with activities Monika really helped us make this stay a magical one we can't wait to come back!

Absolutely amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty of the surroundings. The rooms are so incredibly comfortable, thoughtfully decorated, and spotless, with cozy touches that made it feel like home. It’s just such a special location, tucked away in nature, yet perfectly situated for exploring all the beaches, museums, and farm stands of the Hamptons. What truly made the experience unforgettable was Monika’s hospitality. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, welcomed, and well taken care of. Her local tips and warm personality added a personal touch that made our stay feel extra special. Can't wait to come back! Highly highly recommend!

We stayed two nights and it was amazing! By far the best place we stayed in the Hamptons! Location is great, overall amanities are high quality and Monika is the best host. Don't hesitate to book this place, it won't get better.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the HOP House celebrating our special anniversary. Monika was extremely helpful with all communications and her daughter Paulina welcomed us warmly and made us feel at home the entire stay. The upstairs suite was beautiful and serene with incredible views of Mill Pond. The entire house is immaculate with quiet places to relax inside and outside. We loved the delicious home cooked breakfasts served each morning in the bright and sunny dining room. The location is excellent-minutes to Bridgehampton and Southampton, and short drive to ocean beaches. We can't wait to return!

All I can say is WOW! We were going to the Hamptons for a wedding and totally by luck found this magical little cottage. It is serene and beautifully appointed. If you are looking for a place to exhale, you couldn’t find a better place.
