Prince William Health District - Women, Infants and Children Program (WIC)

Pick a number they say, go and sit down, once seated your number is called, returned to the window, staff no smile or kind words. Not a job for people who work with the public. I am a dark skin black American, negative experience. I remained positive and curious. The nurse was very kind and pleasant.

The two lady sitting at the front desk are extremely unprofessional and ignorant. I went to the office while their was no one in the waiting area but me, I took the ticker and wait for about 10 minutes or more, the two ladies were chet-chatting (women talk in spanish) and completely forgot about me waiting in line. After 10 minutes she called the ticket number wrong and when I went their she was like oh your number is different, sorry and then she attended me and my question was solved in less than a minute. Their was no one to complain about their ignorance unfortunately and I’m writing this review hoping someone in authority reads it and bring discipline.

The staff are nice, but it’s honestly frustrating, no one ever picks up the phone, and even when I leave voicemails, nobody bothers to call back!!

Horrible experience. They never answer the phone calls or don’t even get back to them. I had an appointment today over the phone & they called the wrong time & it’s funny how they left a voicemail to call them back but NEVER answer 💀💀💀💀. You honestly need to do better. When you say your call is very important to us do you actually care???

Almost always have a wonderful experience with staff. My first appointment was great and the staff was so friendly. Unfortunately I had a poor experience today with a woman who said she was helping out from another office (I think Woodbridge)I had an issue with my WIC balance shortly after setting up an appointment for my new baby. She was very rude to me when I asked a few simple questions. Then after speaking with her I realized she had tried to call a few minutes earlier and left a message. She forgot to hang up the phone and I had a 3 minute long message where I could hear her talking to her colleagues about me, my case and other things... So that wasn't a great experience. But it wasn't this office's fault.
