My husband ordered a chicken parm sandwich on Sunday 12/21. It was a call in order and pick up. When we got home and he cut the sandwich open, the chicken had mold on it. I called the store & the manager immediately disregarded us and said “I can assure you there is no mold on our chicken, it probably picked something up from the pan it was cooked in”. We know what mold is! They did give us a refund after I said I was coming back to bring the sandwich and show them in person. But the fact that rather than an apology and looking into where the chicken came from being a first action, the she tried to dismiss it. Who knows how many times food has been bad there & it was dismissed or looked over?? I’m posting this so people are aware and proceed with caution. We’re typically regulars there but

I love primos. If you are looking for the best Philly hogie here's your spot. Only a handful of tables. Open kitchen. Deli salads, pickles and the best rice pudding! Join their rewards club for Monday discounts and other random coupons. The staff is always really personable and welcoming. The bread here is always spot on. Huge sandwiches and all made correctly when you order. Pro tip: If you aren't planning to eat shortly after getting have your oil and vinegar on the side. They have condiment sealed packets.

This is the second trip to Primo. Spoiler Alert: I consumed the first sub, the Turkey Diablo, before I took a photo for the review. This time I took my time and ordered the Turkey Diablo with Hot Turkey breast, Hot peppers, Hot pepper cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayo, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and oregano. I also ordered their deli pickle. The meal was delicious. I have another sub place/hoagie place besides Italian People's Bakery in Trenton to get a great sandwich. IPB always has a line at their deli counter, its a Trenton landmark for a reason. The Dirt Pudding at Primo is diabetes in a cup! It's delicious but pricey. I recommend getting it once, it's good. You'll have to determine after trying it off is worth the money. I recommend this place. The staff is helpful and nice. Enjoy.

Super typical past couple years but for almost $17 i get 3 peppers? The sandwich comes with: turkey, stuffed pepper and cheese. Thats it! It takes a good bit for me to review but this is the same thing at almost every location as its another franchise anymore. Sandwich bread touches eachother on the top of each sandwich, meaning you must ask and be charged extra to make your skimp sandwich somewhat full. Bout done giving these people my $.

I orderd 2 hoagies a regular and shortie. I requested for the regular to be cut in 4's & the 6 inche cut in 2's. I made the request because my left hand is in a hand brace. But when I got home and opened my hoagies neither of the were cut in 4's or 2's. I called and expressed my concern in a nice manner and the female asked in a very condescending way "what would like me to do for you"? I just replied nothing I just won't be coming back to your establishment. Every time I've ordered from this Primo there's always an issue with my order.
