PrimoHoagies

Usually good. This time ordered a Primo size and a Small Custom. Primo size was good with 3 meats. Small was supposed to have Provolone, Eggplant, Prosciutto and Cappy. Very little meat on it and NO cheese. Very disappointed. For $10 they can spare the meats and cheese! I'll probably go back to making my own.

Before I start writing, I realize that mistakes can happen. Still, I don't understand how my order was so wrong. I stood right in front of the young man I placed my order with but later discovered, after I got home and dinner time approached, that it was wrong. When I called to see how the situation could be rectified the person who answered literally said nothing until I asked if she understood what I was saying. Her response was, "You want to place an order?". So I asked for someone else to be put on the phone. A different young man tried to help me but said that he didn't know if his manager would be willing to give me a discount or something new for free, which was my suggestion since I would have to drive all the way back to this Primo's location. I really liked the Italian hoagie I got! I also had the pickles and they're delicious. It was my first time there and it was so good. I'll definitely be back.

Meh. I'll give the kids a break because it was almost 7pm and the Eagles play tonight, but I did place my order online, so how the heck do you leave off two of the main ingredients of the sandwich? And is it just me or has the primo size shrunk lately?

8/19/2025 location downtown area of Doylestown PA ,Parking to go into Primohoagies was HORRIBLE,wouldn't do it again,The hoagies did taste good after finally being able to park to buy them ! City worker was walking around in parking lots looking to issue parking tickets here,Be careful when parking here !
