Prime Seafood Market

When I post this honest review, I say this all respectfully. On 09/29/2025 after ordering a garlic combo, I don’t think I will ever return to buy any seafood. For my 1st time ever since I’ve been going to this location, I have to say the food was just horrible and salty. I almost feel that the seafood had gone bad because it had a weird smell and bad taste to it. I was truly disappointed because in the few times I’ve purchased from you guys, the food was good. Whoever was prepping-steaming-cooking the food after 6pm, you need to be re-evaluated, re-evaluate the seafood in stock or stay out the kitchen. I been coming to this place for the longest. They have a new manager . He is rude and bad customer services Carlos. In my order made food and he made it all separate containers. I thought it will come in a foil pan being that I created a boil. He refused to give me a foil pan. After I spent close to $100 . I don’t see what the big deal was. I wish Edwardo was still at this location he was pleasant, nice, and made the customers feel welcoming. To top it off the food was salty. Other than that the food is good. He need to treat us in the neighborhood the ones that come and support him with respect and dignity.

I seen something that said garlic butter sauce There is no “sauce” just normal butter this is not another “wat’s cracking” which is fine the food is good it tastes fresh you have to pay for butter not even 1 is free but id go back.. I only gave it 4 stars bc the male employee was acting strange/weird/abnormal/jittery

I’m done! If you say Cajun seasoning on the side drop $80.00 bucks for some crab leg dinners and you can’t even enjoy the food. What a shame. Even a fish dinner was too spicy to enjoy. I have purchased food from here about four times. The first time was the bomb. I can honestly say I’m not going back anymore. Why can’t the cooks follow directions?

I travel almost an hour every time I come to this place. And every time it’s absolutely amazing! I don’t care what anyone says in these reviews the service is great and so is the food. I have attached a picture of the pound of black mussels with butter and spicy seasoning. This is my go to along with the trinity which includes a perfectly cooked lobster tail , whole bunch of shrimp with no heads, a cluster of crab and corn and potatoes. If you read any part of this review I suggest you read this. Substitute corn for some potatoes with extra butter! The only issue I have with this restaurant is they won’t sell me a container of the butter sauce so I can have it at home.
