Prima Italian Kitchen

Visited Prima last night and was pleasantly surprised- their homemade pasta hit the spot. Service was good- and they have a unique selection of items on their menu mixed with some expected classics. Pricing is about average for the area. We got the table side Carbonara - I loved the sauce! Had the Parmesan Fondue as well- very good! The bread which is also handmade is probably the best I’ve had in quite some time- we plan to go back as they had many other items we want to try. I can check off the Chicken Limone- done very well- serving size was great- and the flavors were wonderful. Highly recommend!

This was our first time visiting Prima. My husband, daughter and I were very happy with our dishes….chicken limone, pork chop and spaghetti dinner today. Our waitress, Erin H (name on our receipt), was top notch! This was the best dinner service that we’ve had in a long time. It was so nice to finally be at a restaurant and not have to ask for anything extra during our meal….like even a drink refill. She made sure that everything was taken care of. We had a wonderful experience. Thank you!

Great atmosphere! Great food! Great Service! Perfect place for my mom’s bday!

I will preface this review by saying since they just reopened I will be giving them another shot, and I loved everything we got except my entree. Our server was amazing and service was decently fast but slowed down toward the end of our lunch. The bread they served we absolutely loved, I swear we would go back just for the bread! The mozzarella sticks were also very good. My one critique was the spaghetti carbonara. While I am grateful they had a more traditional Italian carbonara the way they served it did not really work. It had way too much pasta water in the skillet, and they mixed the egg yolk directly into the pasta instead of mixing it with the cheese on the side before adding it in. This resulted in a very watery runny sauce instead of it being creamy like it's supposed to be. This

I’ve come here ever since they opened and oh my God it’s just amazing. Y’all need to come here. The chef is always coming up with amazing new dishes and the bartenders will always treat you right. Love this place.
