Pretzelmaker

I haven’t had this locations pretzels yet, but from other ones, I can say they have the best pretzel bites!

Put in a mobile order. Was told by the employee there was another pretzel store in the mall. Verified with mall security I was at the correct location. Went back and told the employee this. Employee called someone for help, got on the phone with another person, this person asked what I ordered, employee eventually gave me something different. I don't know how this location stays in business when you can't fulfill a mobile order. Whole ordeal took 15+ minutes.

I love their pretzels. My kids love their pretzels. As a treat every now and then (especially when I have an errand at the mall to run, which I loathe), I will treat them to a pretzel for lunch. The service here is awful. They never seem to have any pretzels made, and then when you ask for you, they give you attitude that they have to go make some. It's a pretzel place. You should have pretzels. Hang up your phone and do your job. I shouldn't have to listen to you talk on the phone the entire time I'm placing my order and paying. Last time I was (6/20/19) there was the absolute worst. You had 2 salted and 2 unsalted pretzels made at 12ish when we were there. I asked for 3 salted and a small pretzel bite. You told me it was buy 3 get 1 free. So I said great, thanks, 4 salted and

It was the worst experience ever. I ordered pretzels from this place for my kids. The Spanish lady who served us was very rude. I needed some napkins cause my son threw up in the floor and I wanted to clean it up, unfortunately she refused to to give me some napkins and I was bugging her but she turned her face and ignored me. Never go there again!

We ordered a Cinnamon Sugar pretzel. It was barely warm and the employee took a plain pretzel, dipped it in butter and covered it with a sprinkle of cinnamon and sugar. Pretty disappointing, threw half of it out and went to Starbucks for another snack.
