Prepped & Plated

Most days , the last thing I want to do after work is cook .. so it is very convenient to have these meals on hand, ready to heat up and eat as soon as I walk in the door . The diversity of the menu and how it changes every week is so exciting for me ! No meal has disappointed me , some of my favorite meals have been the buffalo chicken sweet potato, pineapple chicken, and steak hibachi . Big fan of Prepped and Plated meals and would 10/10 recommend to someone looking for a convenient and delicious way to get protein and veggies in without having to cook them yourself !

Through deployments, pregnancies, busy work schedules, and life in general, Cynthia has provided consistent and wholesome meals for our family. Our gym and local community are so lucky to have her. Can’t recommend enough!

Prepped & Plated has been a total game changer for my busy schedule! As a full-time working mom, having fresh and delicious meals ready to go has made life so much easier. The variety is great, the portions are perfect, and you can really taste the love that goes into each dish. I highly recommend to anyone looking to save time, or if you just love amazing food; you won’t be disappointed! Personal favorites to be on the lookout for—teriyaki ground beef stir fry, chicken eggroll in a bowl, pineapple chicken, beef fried rice, chicken fajita Mexican street corn bowl, & you can never go wrong with the breakfast burritos 👩🏻‍🍳💋

I always look forward to the menu reveal! You know it’s going to be quality, and a change up of the meals every week keeps things fresh! Delicious food at a fair price, and most important for me I don’t have to cook it myself! Can’t recommend Prepped and Plated enough!
