Sol Press has been a staple for me for almost an entire year now, and what you see in the image is their Peanut Batter Smoothie Bowl—hands down one of the best smoothie bowls I’ve had anywhere in or around the Nashville/Clarksville area. Let me put it plainly: I drive 45 minutes from Gallatin, TN just to satisfy this craving. It’s my weekly fix. The flavor, texture, and freshness are unmatched. Every bite reflects intentionality and quality, which is no surprise—because everything they make is done with excellence. Once you try them for the first time, you will understand why people keep coming back. It’s genuinely addictive. I could go on and on, but I’ll leave it at this: if you value quality, taste, and consistency, Sol Press delivers every single time. Highly recommended.

OMG, the service and food were absolutely incredible! I stumbled upon Sol Press on Yelp and TikTok, and I just had to check it out! Let me tell you, my taste buds were blown away by the amazing Genesis Bowl and the refreshing Rooted drink – they were out of this world! You absolutely NEED to try this place! YUM! I’ve been here a twice and each time I get something to eat it’s refreshing minus the heavy stuff. This time I tried the Genesis Bowl and it was really tasty. Blue Dream is good too. Clean Ingredients. Very filling. Super friendly people! The amount of health food stores in town are slim, but if this one is on your list to try I think you can agree that it’s worth it (Price). Military Discount on Friday. Hours of operation on the door are correct.

Amanda is an asset to your establishment! It was my first time and she was able to recommend and explain a smoothie for me, THE PCB, which was delicious. She was also very personable and super sweet!

Dont drive by, its worth a stop. 5 star service for sure. We were welcomed and introduced to their all-in house offerings everything from cold pressed juices to smoothie bowls to clean-eating desserts. They make all their own nut milks. So tasty. You won't be disappointed.
