Premo's Bakery

Neighborhood friendly bakery and excellent customer service. Very unique pastries, pineapple and lemon. The prune pastries nice size serving. Prices reasonable. Entry very clean and comfortable. Reminiscent of that southern retro 1950 - 1960 setting from the entry door, opening and closing. The glass server/ holder for the pastries. The wrapping paper for the potato, onions, beef pattie meal. Seeing the butcher paper advertising sign, hand written. Present well and welcoming ambience.

Pastie Day - Premo's caught my eye when I was at Jerusalem Market yesterday. They have pasties on Tues, Wed, Thurs. I feel like this type of food was more popular when I was younger. I hear this was the food item of the coal miners? Premo's has the awesome food aroma when you walk in and I think this was only $4. The crust is lighter than it looks. I enjoyed the meat & potato filling. I want to go back to Owen St bakery to compare it against their pastie in the near future. I would have enjoyed gravy on it but none was available so I used some ketchup.

Small town bakery 🧁 The kind you use to see as a kid ( if you're an old fart ) The smell greets you at the door. Nothing fancy just darn good pastries. The butter cookies are to die for 😱 Love their hand-made perogies. A must go-to. We drive two hours from Philadelphia 😋

We drove two hours to load up ! Perogies, paczki, butter cookies and nut rolls 😋 Worth the trip but I recommend you place your order the day before. They often sell out.

My husband is originally from Plains and introduced me to Premo's many years ago. Stopped there today for the "sprinkle cookies". They are DELICIOUS, and the perfect size. Ended up buying Pasties that we love, a blueberry pie, and a slice of pumpkin cake. You can't go wrong with anything from Premo's and the prices are great. We always get their poppyseed and nut roll for the holidays too! The people working are very kind and so pleasant to talk to. Can't wait to be back in W-B soon for another visit to our favorite bakery.
