Update January 2023, The quality of the meat can't be beat. The costs of anything they sell, can't be beat. The owners are so friendly and helpful. They don’t rush me and they'll take care of any questions I have. I picked up about 130.00 worth of meat today, it would've been at least 320.00 at the big store. 😅 I'm sure thankful that they're always looking out for families. Affordable prices with excellent quality 👌 My husband and I have been going consistently to Prairie Market since around January 2022. They carry excellent meat and they also have a grocery selection, with many different wines. I was able to get a huge box of assorted meat for less than $180.00. Prairie market a nice small town butcher that has odds and ends when you're stopping in . They have a small but good selection of soft drinks, they have wine as well as cold beer . They also have items such as butter, eggs and I think once or twice I've seen milk in there . They have a fresh deli counter which has all sorts of salads and desserts, cheeses and deli meats . My husband likes to stop in and get the smoked bacon and I always find myself stopping in for their sandwich spread and either a hot dog or hamburger buns . They have a wonderful freezer selection with frozen soups, broths and chili as well as barbecued beef, meatloaf and various meats and sausages . Sausages . I've been coming here for years. The family that owns it have been lifelong friends of my in-laws, and they introduced me to it. Great selection, very well done cuts, the bacon is literally the best I've ever had, and the jaegers? Nothing comes close to how good they are. Everyone there is Midwest friendly, IYKYK!

Love this place they have everything to you need and the already sliced beef jerky meat just right for smoking prices are good I use lard for frying this place has again the people are friendly can't say more
