Pour

Not a huge fan of the new change. First I come in to order a sandwich but they are all out of bread. I ordered a drink with cold foam but it is completely different than typical and is liquid consistency with no thickness to it. Never had this issues with previous ownership. Also still waiting for this new points system to be put in place and sad that I was told my previous punch card is invalid.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Had one of their signature coffees and loved it! Also tried the bacon, egg & cheese on a croissant so good. Definitely a must try!

This place is amazing! 10/10 coffee any day of the week. They have great specialty drinks definitely will be back

I used to love pour. My coworkers and I would stop there every morning. The baristas are so sweet and are fantastic drink makers. However since the new ownership the whole atmosphere has changed. The staff are nervous and on edge when the new owner is there. He also seems to talk down to his staff. Prices have gone up and hours have increased but the staffing to support that has not improved. Why is milk an upcharge? We went to pour this morning to find that it was closed with no warning on their social media at all. Plus there was a sign outside that said "come in we're open"? They got rid of punch cards for a whole new system that still has not been put in place. Prior to the new owner everything was 5 stars. The baristas are still amazing, they are so nice and make great drinks. The main reason for this review is the hours. Since the change in ownership the cafe is randomly closed (both with and without notice). The worst is when I try to make a quick coffee run before work and they are closed without notice on their Instagram so I waste a bunch of time and can’t get a coffee in the morning.
