Potter's Grill

i feel like their food has gone down hill. prices have got really high and the food hasn’t got any better. which is rather odd for such high prices. i rarely visit. last time i did i was blown away with my bill. but it is what it is. still same ol potters vibe, no complaints there!!! it’s just. if you’re gonna raise the prices on food, make sure the quality is getting better too that’s all!

Potters is a locally owned restaurant. Don't get confused you can park across the street on in the back as well as there are 3 front entrances and 2 in the back that all go to the same place. The food is good and prices are still very reasonable. Food is done quickly. My go to foods here are cold hoagie, fries or Mozzarella sticks and antipasto salad. Great place to stop by.

We ordered take out for dinner last evening. I order the club sandwich as pictured on the website the other 2 attached photos is what I actually got. The bread was so greasy it soaked the white paper it was on. As you can see it had very little turkey and nothing was proportioned it was all just thrown on the bread. Had I been in the restaurant I would have sent it back. We live close but I was not walking it back down to them because quite frankly I shouldn't have to they should get the order right the first time. Honestly if the aren't going to serve what it pictured on the website they should take the photo down because it's false advertising. My fiancé and his son love eating there but it's not ever been my first choice. This experience takes it completely off my list of choices.

Wow just ordered 30$ of supposed to be food. Why would u send this out the door looking like this. A Salad isn't even that hard. To throw a lettuce head one tomatoe, and a bunch of beets. I Said ranch dressing but didn't even get that right. Won't return. Why do restraunt cook and present food like this. My money was food but this food is not! So upset 😡

Was trying to call to place an order… I have never tried their food and heard really good things about it so I wanted to give it a try….. they asked if they can place me on hold I said sure. They kept me there for about 12 minutes and hang up the call. I kept calling and still got placed on hold without even asking now… I called one last time and said I was on hold already and they hang the call… I completely understand if they are busy.. I worked in a fast food place before and understand it’s stressful but I never handled my costumer through the phone that way…. Disappointed, guess I’ll never try their food.
