IN RESPONSE TO HER COMMENT: Jamie, every business owner encounters rude customers. The professional response isn’t to post videos of them online. That only proves the point about professionalism that I raised. The food is good, but the owner lacks professionalism. Every business owner deals with problems, but airing them publicly isn’t the way to handle it. Customers aren’t responsible for that, and it doesn’t make the business look good. I’ve also found her attitude rude at times. A friend once asked if there were any pies available and was told, “Do you see any?” That kind of response turns people off. She’s clearly talented as a cook and baker, but running a business also requires professionalism and respect for customers. Recently, I was told she even posted a video of a customer in

My sister and I enjoy lattes from here maybe once a week. We’re always happy with our order. They have a crazy amount of flavors. I also recently tried the pepperoni rolls and they were amazing!

From Scratch is straight up my favorite place to get coffee or any little sweets. Their drinks are always divine & soo nicely prepared. The people are also even nicer! Thank you for the great service!

Had a great time at a cookie making class to make peach cookies yesterday. Very affordable classes if you do as a pair- and fun to share the process with friends or on a date. Loved the latte flavors, and all the Togo foods and snacks!

I mean this with my whole heart- the sugar-free skinny mint with cold foam is the best cup of coffee ive had in my entire life. and I've had a LOT of coffee. I'm so thankful she recommended it to me...the ONLY negative is i live an hour and a half away and may never have the honor to experience this cup of coffee for a long, long time.... (unless you'd like to kindly send me the recipe)
