Pretty good sandwich shop. Toasted sandwiches are always nice. The soup was really good as well. The staff was very nice and friendly. I thought my sandwich was too much bread and not enough meat. The vibe is great and it was very clean.

horrible I went there February 16 for a sandwich. There was a huge piece of plastic in my sandwich look like maybe the top of the hot peppers I almost choked on it. I spit all my food out throw it away plus the table was filthy, sticky barely anyone in there I will never return.

We just ordered lunch from here and I don’t know if it’s changed management or what but it was absolutely disgusting. The order was incorrect, we were missing the cookies we ordered and had an extra Mac n cheese. The cookies for the kids were rock hard and old. The sandwiches were cold, slimy, covered in pepper, and inedible. So disappointed, won’t be back.

I really like toasted subs, so the food is really good in my opinion. The speed is variable, even when there are not too many people in the store. I recommend ordering ahead on the app and picking up your food to make it faster. The staff are really nice though.

The staff was so incredibly sweet. I work in hospitality so I love good customer service and the four people I interacted with all were kind. I asked a question of one person and when he didn’t know the answer, he referred me to someone else who could answer it. The only problem I have is not necessarily with this location but maybe the company. This company has been my fave sandwich on the go spot for years. They have definitely cut down on the toppings (meat/cheese/lettuce/mayo). This is the fourth time (not all this location) that I felt like I was just eating a piece of over priced bread with some lettuce and a hint of turkey over the last few months. Today my “sandwich” was mostly lettuce and onions on multigrain. I asked for Turkey, swiss and mayo.
