Potbelly

Sandwiches and shakes are DELICIOUS. I got a Mediterranean (way too much to eat, brought home and ate the next night after baking in oven for 15min) and hubs got The rack. Clean and friendly workers. UPDATE: ate one of the salads and very tasty, spicy and had to hold the avocado. It's delicious and salads are made fresh daily and not pre-made, so they can hold anything for people who have allergies and need the options.

Potbelly is a solid sandwich shop in my opinion. Have been to a couple in DC and this location was just as good. The sandwiches are creative and above average in my opinion. I had the meatball sandwich and my wife had a roast beef, they were both good. The hot peppers are pretty spicy, I happen to like it spicy but some may not like it that spicy. If you haven't eaten at Potbelly's but eat at Jimmy John's or Quiznos regularly, give them a try, I think you will like it. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. The staff did take a little time to take our order but it was not too long. Overall good experience.

This place uses FILTHY! From the pictures in the wall, to the high chairs. Just disgusting. I lll never come back. Customer service was great, very nice employees.

We ordered 5 sandwiches today. 2 out of 5 enjoyed their sandwiches. They were starving hospitality workers. I ordered a Cuban, I was turned off right away. I cut 1/5 off the end, and the entire piece of pulled pork was white plastic. I checked- out the remaining later, and there were huge globs of what looked like fat, but had no crisp taste or edges. If you're aware of lab created meat, this place "probably uses it". Its doesnt taste like, or have the texture or consistency of pulled pork, shaved pork, it "seems to be" seasoned, flavored, and colored.

I have had the apple walnut salad many times, but never had wilted greens like this. I was very disappointed first because of the reduced size and then the spring mix was obviously old.
