I've found my previous experience in other Potbelly locations to be quite good, and I'm happy to say it's continued over to this location as well Here, I got the smallest version of the Prime Rib Steak sandwich The bread here remains the best part. The multigrain bread is toasted extremely well on both sides - giving a super nice crisp without being overly chewy - rather it snaps when biting off a piece. It's easily better than Subway's bread, for example. The inside of the sandwich is also quite solid. They didn't skimp on the prime rib, as there were a ton of pieces inside, and they all tasted fantastic. I loved the char on these individual pieces. The onions weren't really caramelized, but their presence is still appreciated, and the swiss cheese is also melted great. The hot peppers

We’ve ordered a few times from Potbelly, but the recent experience at this restaurant left much to be desired. We decided to pay extra for avocado in our salads, expecting the creamy, rich addition that pairs so well with fresh greens. Unfortunately, the avocado provided was far from ripe, exhibiting a firmness that made it practically inedible, not to mention the off-putting brownish hues. It’s baffling that these were deemed serve-worthy, as it’s obvious when an avocado isn’t ready to be eaten once cut. Hoping for some resolution, I attempted to contact the restaurant for a refund on the avocado portion, but my calls went unanswered. This lack of customer service only added to our disappointment.

Staff is really friendly no one has a bad attitude. Food is always good and fast. Highly recommend it's my favorite sandwich shop

One of the better sub places to get a hot and toasted sub. I also ordered a orange dream shake , unfortunately it tasted more like a Vanilla shake , but that is ok . The two employees that were working were very friendly. Clean and cozy establishment .

This was my first time ordering here I ordered a blta and requested extra avocado on it I actually paid for extra avocado but as you can see from the pictures I barely got enough to cover my sandwich let alone any extra plus I ordered cheese and there was none its like they don't care they just make it how they see fit the bacon has a funny weird taste to it I'm not sure what it is I did however order the macaroni and cheese and that was very good
