Absolutely loved this dessert! 🍨 The presentation is beautiful and the taste is even better. The creamy texture blends perfectly with the sweet syrup and toppings, and the basil/chia seeds add a nice refreshing touch. The ice cream on top melts into the drink making every bite rich and delicious. A perfect balance of sweetness and flavor. Definitely a must-try if you love unique and refreshing desserts!

Must try mutton biryani, kheema biryani, bheemli chat, crispy corn. After trying all the possible biryani spots in and around Seattle, RBH (Bothell and now in Redmond) has one of the best biryanis. If you are keen on having a biryani, skip Downtown Seattle (unless you into sweet North Indian kichidi) entirely.
Hands down the best biriyani in the Seattle-Bellevue area! 100% recommend!
