Geo was super helpful. Great hospitality!! (I wanted harder tomatoes and the batch was more riped, so I said no. But him without being asked he showed me some other tomatoes that were so much better. And for someone with a texture problem fresh tomatoes matter 😁) (Also a shout-out to Rya for describing the voo-doo chips perfectly, we loved them) It's definitely the little things that makes someone's meal so much better. Thank you for the cookie as well.

First time ordering from this location. When waiting in line I was not asked for my order and 2 employees watched me move forward to the topping station. I was then told to go back and order. I went back and the employees would not speak until I just gave my order and hoped they would take it. They acknowledged but did not confirm anything. Of course when ordering 2 sandwiches they had only given me 1. While asking which toppings came on the sandwich, I was told only mustard and pickles. I said no pickles. To my surprise my sandwich came with all sorts of toppings that I did not ask for. Very disappointing experience and would recommend ordering online as to not deal with the people who cannot understand.

This potbelly is very consistent in food quality and the employees are very friendly.

Food is pretty good. They offer BOGO often, but unless you want to pick it up they never seem to have delivery available those days because they always say they dont have any drivers available. For those of us that work and can't leave to pick up lunch the offer is useless. Would've for the problem to get figured out. More employees on BOGO days, maybe so wmoyees are available to deliver. It is an offered service delivery).

Joe at checkout was wonderful! We had a pickup order (to redeem rewards) in addition to the order we placed at the counter. He found the pickup order immediately after realizing it was not at the pickup station. Also was friendly and pleasant and made our kids smile!
