Potbelly

We came to Potbelly after a nextdoor restaurant couldn't seem to take orders. Even with about 10 people ahead of us we received our food quickly.

Ordered a sandwich and soup from here through DoorDash and had the WORST experience. I put in my description box for my order “light mayo, extra vinegar & oil” and received a sandwich DROWNED in mayo. I work 12 hour shifts and am unable to leave so I just called to explain my experience. The manager gets on the phone and I explained everything in a calm manner. I did say I don’t know if someone was upset or trying to be funny but I received basically a mayo sandwich. She proceeds to say “I made your sandwich. I’m a grown adult, I don’t need to be funny” in a sarcastic tone. She also kept cutting me off. She also says that I shouldn’t have put it in the description box where DoorDash literally tells me to btw, I should’ve used the option they give to put “light ingredients.” I’m not sure i

Went in to grab dinner and a gift card on Christmas Eve, and the staff working late (including the GM) were very kind and incredibly friendly! I’ve been a long time customer at this location and have always had great experiences. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick bite to eat around Beltline and 28th!

Always fresh fast and delicious. We don't have one in our small town bit it's one of our favorite places to go when we do go out. And their pumpkin spice shake they have right now is delicious!

We stopped for lunch. Disappointed that they no longer do smoothies, but they do still have our favorite Mac n Cheese. Moderately priced. We had a reg sandwich, bowl of Mac n cheese, 2 chips, 2 drinks, and a cookie for $23.27. Food is fresh and made to order, very tasty. The staff was nice. Restaurant was well kept and clean. Hand sanitizers both empty. Overall a good experience.
