Had the Chicken Pot Pie soup for the first time last night after having had chili previously a couple of times - fabulous! In a review of 14 fast food soups by "Tasting Table" just this past August the Chicken Pot Pie came in #1! (beating out local neighbors Panera and Chick-fil-A BTW)

I had the absolute worst customer service experience at this location. I would never recommend this store to anyone. The so-called manager, Mike, is unbelievably rude and completely unprofessional. He acts like he owns the place and everyone else is an inconvenience to him. While I was still shopping and deciding on a few extra items, he started rushing me to pay, standing over me like I was taking too long, even though the store wasn’t busy. The moment he saw I was adding more things, he tried to run my card again without even explaining the charge. When I asked him why he was rushing me and trying to charge me so quickly, he got defensive and acted like I was the problem. Mike clearly has no idea how to treat customers with basic respect. This was honestly one of the worst experiences

Elijah is the manager there and I went IN STORE to make my sandwiches and they charged me for extra bacon and still got my order COMPLETELY wrong. Though I was clear and in their faces. I would not go back to this location the customer service was horrible and refused to refund me money even though they are the ones that messed up but expected me to come back in from my home to get ANOTHER sandwich this was so disappointing

Ordered the Wreck with double meat and extra mayo. It was excellent. I love a messy sandwich and it delivered. The price point was good. Not too expensive but not cheap either.
