Potbelly

I should've known not to grab the take out bag from the shelf.. I was a fan until today. My initial thought was to give grace and address one concern onsite, and I did address it directly with an employee. That should've been my hint to go somewhere else. However, I grabbed my pickup order from the shelf and left. Once I arrived home, I now feel that I should've just canceled the order and requested a full refund. The two sandwiches did not get eaten but instead they were tossed. The bread was super hard and over toasted 😫 And the sandwiches were disgusting. The picture does not do it justice and the other was tossed before the picture.

Subs that are done exceptionally well. This star was very unique very clean the people were extremely friendly and it was busy. There was plenty of seating inside and there was even sitting outside parking was easy as well. I ordered the wreck and I had everything put on it including the peppers. The flavor was unbelievably well and it was hot. My wife got the flatbread with the turkey and cheese and she really enjoyed it as well. It was a very good sub and would definitely go back. We had also try the chicken noodle soup all the soups we tried two of them out of the three were exceptional. And we got the chocolate chip cookie brownie to bring home and it was phenomenal as well we're definitely go back

I was so happy to see a Potbelly in Fredericksburg. This was my lunch spot when I work in DC/Arlington. Food is delicious...filling...great customer service...clean store. We had the Mediterranean Sandwich, Mac and cheese. Chicken pot pie soup and the delicious cookies. This has been my third visit since I found this location 2 months ago.

I haven't been to Potbelly subs in some time. Stopped by for a quick dinner and I'm glad I did. The food was very tasty, the staff was pleasant and helpful and the restaurant was clean. I had the toasted Cubano sandwich (ham, pulled pork, swiss and pickles) and it was delicious. My date had the Mediterranean sandwich which seemed to be a healthier option (chicken, feta, hummus, cucumber, artichoke, roasted red pepper). I will definitely return.

The absolute worst potbelly in the DMV area. Went to potbelly on Tuesday (12.2.25) around 1:30pm (barely busy) and experienced some of the worst customer service ever. No greet until I was literally standing across in which I spoke first then I immediately got a nasty attitude from the older white gentleman immediately looked at me and walked off. Ignored it because I was pregnant and wanted a sandwich so bad. Then after waiting about 4 mins i damn nearly had holler what sandwich I wanted and the add ons (told the guy I would pay for the extras). Get to the toppings to realize the extras I was okay with paying for wasn’t even on the sandwich. So that pissed the guy off even more.
