Potbelly

We wanted to try the chili. Also I ordered a mediterranean with no hummus. Got home (15 min drive). Should have been chicken, feta, cucumber, artichoke hearts & roasted red peppers. Here's what my sandwich looked like Check your sandwich!!

Edit: 10/6/22: I emailed them a few weeks ago and they never replied. Potbelly has really just lost all the sparkle they once had. Went thru the drive thru on 9/17/22 at 2:09pm and they didn't put any chicken salad on my sandwich. I ordered two sandwiches (made one a meal), one turkey and one chicken salad. I went to eat it and realized I was either eating the least filled sandwich ever or they forgot to put the chicken salad on my sandwich. I can't believe it, I've never experienced anything like this before. It's almost comical. There was only my toppings and cheese on the bread. So, I tried calling the store and it just rang continuously. I attempted to contact Potbelly on their website and the site doesn't let me even choose a location. The Mediterranean chicken flatbread sandwich is very good. My sister said the hummus, combined with cucumbers and peppers was very tasty. I love the ambience of potbelly it’s very inviting. The restaurant was very clean and the staff for friendly everything in our order was cooked correctly.

Worst customer service at this location. I’ve had a series of bad experiences here lately and won’t go back, so I just wanted to share to help others deciding a place to eat locally- please save your money! Consistently getting orders wrong and since I’m going through the drive through it’s too late to correct once I realize it later... and a disgusting amount of mayo has been added to so many of the sandwiches... why??! So gross. Also I tried to call the store about 10 times to report and fix this one, but no answer... awesome.

Tired of the same boring sub shop then get out and try something new. You ger a freshly made sub with good ingredients made your way. The menu has subs and a verity of salads freshly made your way. Fresh ingredients make a difference. They have skinny subs if you want to take off some calories. Warm subs yummy now i need another. Eat in or get it delivered the choice is yours.
